About the role


We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive (Simulation / STS) to join our growing sales team in Istanbul, Turkey to drive business development for the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.


In this role, you will support our Partner network throughout the sales cycle, ensuring appropriate resources are provided to increase software sales. You will work with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME’s), with a focus on developing a value proposition, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.


Area of responsibility

Build relationships with our Partner network. Provide them with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.Provide mentorship through the sales process, including effective meeting planning and opportunity tracking to achievement of revenue targets within the territory.In addition to this you will be responsible for your own sales quota, generating new sales with the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our Simulation software (1D / 3D / CFD / FEA) solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.Provide accurate sales forecasting and planningRepresent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectationsParticipate in (international) events both internal as well as external


Your qualifications

You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, Ideally within industrial software and ideally within the automotive shipping or food and beverage sector.A passion for sales, with a “never give up” mentality.A Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long term relationships with our key customers.Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targetsExcellent business communication skills in Turkish & English are advantageous.Experience within the Simulation software sector is highly desirable, e.g. 1D / 3D / CFD / FEA / Simcenter / STAR-CCM+
