About the Role
Drive the development, implementation and ensure smooth service support of digital solutions for business partners in Partnership DistributionRoles and Responsibilities:
Design and customize digital and technology solutions to support the operating model of Business PartnersLead the digital projects to ensure project deliverables completed in decent quality and within timeline & budgetAlign delivery priorities with business aspirations and manage stakeholder expectations
Drive change management for new digital solution roll outManage maintenance of digital platforms and ongoing enhancementReview and integrate different digital platforms and application to streamline the process for NB application and post sales servicing for Business PartnersManage daily operation support of digital platforms for Business Partners including communication and trouble-shooting fix with relevant stakeholdersDrive adoption of digital tools by Business PartnersPerform regular review on utilization, performance, service standard and identify enhancement areasCreate digital and technology related initiatives to drive business & department strategy and achieve operation efficiencyMonitor market trend and emerging technologies and conduct market research to drive digital innovation and transformationLead ad hoc projects and assignmentsMinimum Job Requirements:
University/College graduate with 8 years’ relevant working experiencesExperience in insurance or financial institution preferredCurious and courageous to share innovative ideasStrong organizing and management skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsGood written and spoken English and Cantonese and MandarinDetail-minded with strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skillsGood team player with excellent stakeholder management skillsStrong sense of ownership and effectively manage tight timelinesProactive and independentProject management experienceProven vendor management experienceOthers:
