About the Role:

Responsible for assisting with solution discovery, development, and growth among current and potential partners across both issuing and money movement spaces. Works closely with the leader to engage in conversations with partners around their product roadmap, sales pipeline, and specific program discussions to assist with discovery and solutions as needed. Leads initiatives with project management, business resources, and development counterparts to define solutions, create requirements balancing crossfunctional needs and capabilities, build and launch projects, and work with the product team on adjustments and improvements based on results.

What You Will Do:

Contributes to developing a product strategy and the larger roadmap. Develops and tracks documentation around business cases and specific partner solutions. Assists in the build and launch phases with project management, technology, operations, compliance, sales, marketing, and other key Pathward areas, as well as external vendors and partners. Ensures results are achieved through active project monitoring and management, adjusting scope/approach, and overcoming obstacles and challenges. Leads and cultivates productive relationships with key employees in 10-20 cross-functional departments; ensures their needs and capabilities are understood, and then develops and maintains optimal approaches to initiatives with their aggregate buy-in, given their differing and sometimes conflicting needs. Works with the product team to productize solutions by creating and utilizing requirements documents and launch plans for products. Other duties as assigned. 

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience in product strategy, product management, or product marketing Master’s degree preferred  Typically, 8+ years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Payments industry specifically working in product/solutioning/technology/project management. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams to determine optimal solutions based on differing needs, capabilities, and resources. Excellent communication skills, including creating internal and external presentations that effectively communicate complex solutions to senior executives Critical thinking Problem solving Highly organized Attention to detail Ability to analyze and interpret data to make decisions

Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
