What you’ll do:
Become a subject matter authority of Credit Karma’s and our partners’ configuration products and processes Lead day-to-day operations of all ongoing offer maintenance for our external partners Liaise and develop strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams including Business Development, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Product and Engineering, Finance and other internal teams to deliver cohesive best-in-class service to Partners Drive initiatives and process changes to excel and scale our business operations Proactively investigate and resolve blocking issues across multiple channels, while providing accurate and timely responses Partner with Business Development to handle executive or offer escalations, including case investigation Support the business development partnerships team to own the operational relationship throughout the partners lifecycle Coordinate with Agencies and Partners to ensure that all assets (website, editorial, marketing, other product initiatives) within the Credit Karma Platform are accurate and adhere to the contractual and regulatory compliance rules Prepare site mockups for partner review and approval Develop and implement best practice processes, maintain updated documentation, and provide recommendations as appropriateMinimum Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations, customer support, or similar field Experience in Internet, Technology, or high growth companies preferred Incredibly strong attention to detail with data entry, exceptional follow-up and follow-through Accountable, creative, and team-focused individual who loves problem solving and owning and driving initiatives with little/no supervision Comfortable working across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities while balancing multiple deadlines Ability to work on a flexible schedule Customer-oriented and able to establish robust relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders Comfortable with ambiguity - strong proactive communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Go-getter attitude with innate curiosity - able to learn quickly (technology, tools, and processes), ask a lot of questions, and persevere for results Extremely proficient in Excel and Google Workspace Bonus Experience: Data Visualization (e.g., Looker), Salesforce, and JIRAPreferred Qualifications:
