As a **Partner Success Coordinator**, you will manage a portfolio of high-value restaurants, working closely with them to **deepen relationships, boost retention, and optimize performance**. This is a role for a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a proactive relationship-builder who thrives in a **fast-paced, results-driven environment**. ### **What You’ll Do** - Build and maintain **strong relationships** with key restaurant partners, helping them maximize their success on Uber Eats. - Identify opportunities to improve **business metrics**, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth. - **Problem-solve** with a hands-on approach, addressing challenges and unlocking new revenue streams. - Manage **joint business planning**, ensuring partners are engaged, aligned, and thriving on the platform. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to **optimize partner experience and operational performance**. - **Meet and exceed commercial quotas**, focusing on driving business impact and retention. ### **What You’ll Need** - **1-3 years of experience** in account management, business development, or a similar commercial function. - **Customer-facing experience**, with a proven track record of meeting business targets or delivering against quotas. - Strong ability to **analyze data** and translate insights into actionable strategies. - **Project management skills**, capable of developing and executing detailed joint business plans. - Excellent **executive presence and communication skills**, both verbal and written. - **Resourcefulness and adaptability**—you thrive in a fast-moving environment and embrace challenges with a proactive mindset. - Highly autonomous, **able to work with minimal oversight** while driving results. - **Fluency in Spanish and Business English**. ### **Preferred Qualifications** - **SQL skills** are not required but would make your day-to-day much easier.
