While no two days are the same you will coordinate project details by supporting partner success managers and directors (both on-site and remote) with daily tasks, projects, and reporting. Help manage project logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new retail partners and timely deliverables. You will support partner communications by reporting, and relationship-building efforts with retail partners, including preparing materials for business reviews, updating partners on performance metrics, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance partnerships. You will understand industry and partner needs by developing a deep understanding of partner operations to advocate for their needs within Shipt. Also, you will work with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions benefiting customers, shoppers, and retail partners.What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulRequirements:You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related fieldYou have 1+ years of experience in account support or coordination, ideally within technology, retail, or an agency environment.You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, building positive relationships with partners and internal teams.You have effective communication and are comfortable interacting in both formal and informal settings with stakeholders.You have adaptability, with a proactive and problem-solving approach that aligns with Shipt’s mission and goals.You have ability to travel as needed and approved by your manager.Work Arrangement
