As a Partner Success Director, you will work within the Digital Partnerships team, focused on driving growth with our digital partners. You’ll identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across your partner portfolio. You will become the champion internally for the Partner within Ria, and the champion for Ria externally with the Partner.

As the first member of the Partner Success Team, you will both manage the existing partner portfolio as well as develop the framework to scale our partner success practice. 

The role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to connect with Ria Digital and the wider Ria organization, including product management, engineering, compliance, legal, delivery, and business development.
