Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive passionate partner focused individual to join our team; the Ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our resellers and distributors in APAC region to drive renewals. 4-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or experience in renewal is a plus.

As a Partner Success ICAM primary focus would be to oversee the entire renewal process ensuring timely and accurate renewals working with resellers and distributors in APAC region.

You will be fully responsible for the renewals business in an assigned territory.

Programmatic and structured approach to quoting and closing renewal opportunities.

Understand policies and processes to better improve time to deal closure.

Partner with Sales and channel partners to do deal reviews and work on renewal opportunities.

Participate in regular forecasting calls and devise plans to overachieve targets.

Identify risks of renewals and work with account teams and cross-functional groups to perform risk mitigation or escalate as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or working on renewals business.

Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software industry a plus.

Analytical and process-oriented mindset with customer focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally.

Motivated and high drive for overachievement of renewal sales targets.

Proficiency in customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce, and Google sheets a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
