Partner Success Manager, Uber Direct
**About the Role** As a Partner Success Manager for Grocery, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and innovation of Uber Direct's grocery merchants in Japan. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our key grocery partners, developing a robust market strategy and executing an effective go-to-market plan. Your primary focus will be on enhancing first-party delivery capabilities for grocery merchants through the Uber Direct platform. \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- - **Develop and Execute Growth Strategy -** Own the growth strategy and planning for direct grocery account partners, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives. - **Leverage Data Insights -** Collect and analyze grocery partner data to identify trends and insights that will inform and achieve growth objectives. - **Foster Strategic Relationships -** Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding grocery partners’ needs and driving positive outcomes. - **Monitor Feedback and Trends -** Track and report on feedback, trends, and insights from grocery partners to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments. - **Identify Market Opportunities -** Uncover and seize new opportunities in the grocery market to drive business expansion and competitive differentiation. - **Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration -** Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve complex grocery partner challenges, shaping new product features and optimizing business processes. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- - Fluent/ Native level Japanese, Business level English ability is mandatory for this role. - A strong combination of critical thinking, consultative sales skills, and operational expertise. - Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment and balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical needs. \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the technology sector. 2. Fluency in English catering to business requirements. 3. Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in SQL and data analysis to drive decision-making.
