Join our team of Partner Success Managers, where we work hand-in-hand with our Partners to build thriving customer success practices. Our mission is to empower partners to drive software adoption and enhance the customer journey.
Your Impact
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the main contact for our Partners, supporting them in driving software adoption and customer success. This exciting role includes:
* Enabling Partners to adopt Cisco Software through available programs.
* Supporting partners in delivering Success Programs and optimizing these initiatives.
* Conducting workshops and training sessions, using successful case studies to enhance partner onboarding.
* Acting as a liaison between Partners and Cisco’s CX product teams, sharing valuable feedback for product development.
* Supervising adoption initiatives, assessing their impact, and refining strategies as necessary.
* Managing services and creating new service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in developing and executing adoption plans across various technology areas such as Security, Observability, and Networking.
* At least 2 years of experience in Partner enablement and software adoption within the Partner ecosystem.
* Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships within the partner and sales community.
* Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
* Understanding of recurring revenue concepts, margin, and attrition.
* Local language is preferred, plus strong communication skills, both written & spoken in English
