Partner Transition Manager


Role objective:
The Partner Transition Manager main mission is to ensure Partner Network´s effective, accurate and timely actions to adopt  and comply with ADP CSL requirements throughout the partner platform life cycle from contract until, when applicable, termination, working in close relationship with the ADP CSL Global Payroll Network teams (who are managing executive relations and operational delivery of ADP’s Partner Network).

As a member of ADP CSL Global Payroll organization, the Partner Transition Manager main objective is to
• Onboarding & Readiness of new Partner Platforms, new Partners, new Countries, new ADP offers
• Project Manage changes in service & processes, triggered by Partners, ADP or even legislation
• Project Manage the Transitions (mass migrations of clients from Platform to platform, Partner to Partner)

 

Responsibilities
1 - Project Management
• To successfully drive and project manage all related aspects of a project life cycle, with internal and external parties of different kinds of projects:
• Project management actions to ensure assigned end-to-end projects are successfully conducted and completed as per committed plan
• Identify, track and manage/mitigate any project risks/issues.
• Consider all aspects of Change Management that must be taken into consideration and act accordingly
• Communicate plans objectives, progresses and critical issues internally (and externally as required)
• Ensure resources and skills required to fulfill the mission goals are committed and available during projects
• Monitor resources throughout the projects, ensuring all objectives are secured within timeline and budget for defined scope
2 - Adoption and Change Management
• Define roll out strategy, in collaboration with the project team when applicable. Identify stakeholders, identify impact on them and incorporate into roll out strategy.
• To ensure new initiatives, as well as change releases, are successfully, accurately and timely adopted. This will require deployment strategies and plans to be defined according to ADP business priorities.
• To ensure that there is a sustainable way forward, having identified impact on both our global Partner Network and Partner Network department, providing continuous support during the project phase for any questions, challenges or
doubts.
• Contribute to the alignment of new partner onboarding process to ensure the latest standard is being implemented in new platforms; by performing technical/functional testing of certain reports and file transfers. Own deployment of
certain pillars (e.g. file naming convention, file transfer automation, etc.)


III. Qualifications:
1. Experience/Skills:
• High level of accountability and ownership to deliver against committed results and planning
• Experience in Change Management is highly valued;
• Adaptability to changes, can deal with ambiguity and unexpected changes is highy valued
• 5 years Project Management/ Project Coordination experience. Demonstrable ability to bring projects to
successful conclusion
• Strong analytical and problem solving.
• Exquisite attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English language. Additional languages are an advantage

2. Education:
• University degree or equivalent in education or experience.
• PMI PMP, Prince 2 or other certifications on Project Management (Nice to have)
