As the Partnership Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving both operational success and strategic initiatives within AIG’s Nordic Accident & Health team. You’ll be responsible for executing and managing key partnerships, focusing on creating new business as well as expansion and retention of our affinity partners across the Nordic countries. Reporting to the Nordic Head of Accident & Health, this role requires a mix of sales, hands-on project management and strategic oversight, making it ideal for a commercially-minded professional who thrives in both getting things done and shaping the future direction of the business.
