About the Role
Role is responsible for:1) Meeting persistency target through collaboration with all key stakeholders to achieve business profitability.
2) Providing analytics studies for critical programs geared towards BPI AIA’s development and/or implementation of key initiatives to maintain/improve the channel’s 2-year persistency and agent resell/repurchase rate.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Graduate of any 4- or 5-year college course preferably in the field of statistics, actuarial, mathematics, business economics, or industrial engineering.Minimum 5 years work experience with a Life Insurance Company, preferably Sales, Marketing and Operations. Have prior experience in supervising a multi-functional team, with ability to influence and drive cross-functional business units.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to probe all relevant resources to maximize resultsGreat interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills, with excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skillsResults-driven with a track record of producing accurate, thorough and professional workAbility to multitask and prioritize initiatives to support business growthBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
