As we firmly believe in collaborative success, we are strengthening Comarch’s Partnership Management team and we are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager. This role can be based in either our Brussels or Krakow office.

Candidate profileDegree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship.5+ years of work experience, preferably in a Partnership management or Sales position within IT, Tech or Digital, with a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership dealsWe particularly value knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Banking (e.g. transactional banking, lending and specialized financing, wealth management), Insurance (life & health), Loyalty & Marketing or related industriesStrong commercial awarenessExcellent written and spoken command of EnglishCharismatic and optimistic in day-to-day work as well as patient, confident and determinedStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently

Your responsibilitiesCreating, developing and executing a partnership strategy in the area(s) of Banking, Insurance and/or Loyalty & MarketingManaging and enhancing relationships with existing partners, such as consulting firms, system integrators, software vendors, etc.Collaborating with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategiesIdentifying and negotiating deals with new partnersOverseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
