About the team
This team is tasked with identifying and developing key account alliances and relationship programs designed to create sales opportunities.
What you’ll own (5-6 role responsibilities)
As the Partnership Manager I, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day, business as usual operations of existing ISV Partners with a focus on Partner success. The Partner Manager serves as the single point of contact for the Partner to ensure Partner service requests and inquiries are resolved or escalated to the appropriate Worldpay resource.
Solution & Support – Manage the day-today operational inquiries of Partner partnerships through proactive outreach
Engage & Empathize – Support the retention, growth, and overall Partner satisfaction through frequent communication with Partners as the single point of contact to understand issues, build relationships, and improve service
Collaborate & Deliver – Work toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to support the overall strategic benefits of the Partner
Innovate & Implement – Evaluate program trends and support issues, and create opportunity for long-term, rather than one-off, resolutions
Team & Connect: Monitor programs to assess the overall health of the partnership and create awareness of escalations that may impact revenue-generating activities to senior leaders

An experienced supporter – You have 1-2 years of Customer Success / Support experience at a Technology company. Experience with Payments and/or Salesforce.com is a bonus!
