Responsibilities
The Partnership Manager will report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with colleagues across Mayo Clinic International and Mayo Clinic in the United States. This post will collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure that the needs of the client and patients are at the forefront of all activity. Working with the marketing and finance teams to ensure that MCH is positioned for growth in the local and wider markets. Strengthening relationships with Doctors and their practices will be essential to drive growth of activity and the services offered.
The Partnership Manager is part of Business Development team which is responsible for demand generation for services available and for support of the design and development of the growth strategy for MCH. As a key role within the business development team, the Partnership Manager will support the strategy and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship between MCH and its clients. Clients may include Corporate accounts, High net worth patients, GP’s, Referrers and other similar business partners. This post holder will be expected to develop client retention strategies, identify opportunities for cross selling, and upselling of MCH services and physicians. Implementing agreed engagement strategies and maintaining a professional, proactive and positive approach the role holder should inspire and encourage business growth whilst fostering positive relationships.
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Work alongside the Director of Business Development to develop and grow the Corporate Account clients to achieve agreed targets for Executive Health activity and revenue Acting as the relationship support manager, tracking activity and revenue generated from each account Develop and grow the Referrer network (GPs, Concierge companies, AHPS etc.) to achieve agreed targets for activity and revenue Acting as the relationship support manager, tracking volumes and revenue generated from contracted referrersWorking with marketing colleagues to create a rolling yearly event schedule to promote MCH services aligning with MCH strategic direction and key national awareness months. Events to include GP referrer webinars involving selected consultant/s & topic‘in person’ events with GP’s, referrers & consultants Where appropriate attend external events representing MCH and the wider Mayo ClinicEnsure that the MCH CRM is maintained with up-to-date information and work with marketing / IT colleagues to amend as appropriateCollaborate to develop a suite of management information to demonstrate activity against agreed targetsThe Partnership Manager will be a motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual, who is an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills. The post holder will demonstrate professionalism and be proactive in their approach, maintaining and forming new relationships with clients to ensure a seamless service is provided. They will have a ‘can-do’ approach to managing the workload.
This role is located in London and relocation is not offered.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, healthcare, or related field required. Five years of professional sales experience with a proven sales record. Experience in UK/London healthcare services business development.Demonstrated capabilities in planning, forecasting, unsupervised problem-solving and decision-making, managing and setting multiple priorities. Excellent communications skill, both verbal and written, and experience with producing and using business development, marketing and communications materials to support sales goals. Excellent human relations skills to interact effectively with high level contacts within and outside Mayo Clinic with tact and sensitivity to handle difficult issues with diplomacy and consistency. Leadership/management experience with progressive increase in responsibilities preferred.
