We’re looking for a communicative, analytical and eager to learn Partnership Operations Intern to join our team in Infobip. You will learn and grow with Operations Experts while working closely with Operator Partnership stakeholders globally supporting our teams in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights that drive our global success.
Key Responsibilities:
Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyze data, such as revenue figures & customer information.Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records.Generate reports and dashboards with the goal of providing insights and support in making data driven decisions.Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the operator partnership processes.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for operator partnership roles, providing actionable insights to the global teams and management. Assist in forecasting activities by analyzing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for partnership-related processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.Participate in specific projects or initiatives.More about you:
