Partnership Portfolio Director

Job Description The Partnership Portfolio Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the overall business partnership strategy to deliver impactful outcomes. This role involves developing a clear vision for the portfolio team, preparing and implementing strategic business plans, and ensuring alignment with Globe’s Marketing and Business Unit strategies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops overall business partnership strategies and owns results of outcomes, sets the portfolio team vision and drive what to build

Prepares business plan and and implements portfolio strategy aligned with Mktg and BU strategy and makes the final call on all decisions around initiatives being run by the portfolio 

Forges deep partnerships with potential partners and acquires partners, deal negotiations and closing. Maintains sustainable and optimized commercial engagements

Manages internal and external stakeholders and acts as the “voice of the customer” at the team level

Creates, manages and monitors portfolio budget (P&L monitoring, OPEX monitoring) and portfolio  performance

Initiates business development initiatives with existing and potential partners as aligned with overall Marketing Strategic Partnerships objectives to further grow the business by being up to speed with the trends in partnerships, marketing, and innovations

Closely work with Partnership Lifecycle Team Lead to collaborate on portfolio strategy laddering up to Division, Group, and Globe strategy, and partnership life cycle review

Ensures close collaboration and oversight across projects/programs leveraging partnerships

People development (talent recruitment and development, PPE and IDP)

Escalates issues and recommends solutions to address issue to other groups as necessary

KPIs:

Primary Marketing KPIs -- audience growth, contribution to CLV, digital habituation through partnerships

Secondary Division KPIs - cost efficiencies 

Partnership operational efficiencies 

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

 

Support launch of key programs 

Partner acquisition and lifecycle assessment

Achieve marketing and financial targets 

People development
