Job Description The Partnership Portfolio Manager drives the management and growth of strategic partnerships by nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and co-developing innovative customer offers. This role ensures the delivery of key Marketing KPIs by aligning partner collaborations with business objectives, optimizing deal execution, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

Nurtures and maintains good relationship with existing partnerships and forges partnerships with potential partnersEnsures deal negotiations are commercially viable using the best practices from the teamMonitors and manages the execution of projects and programs (Provides solutions and recommendations as necessary to concerned support teams and escalates issues and recommends solutions to address issues to other groups as necessary)Monitors the implementation of go-to-market initiativesIdentifies opportunity areas by a) collaborating with Business Unit, Center of Excellence, and Internal Marketing Strategic Partnerships Team, and b) Keeps tabs for trends on partnerships, marketing, and innovationsInitiates business development initiatives with existing and potential partnersEnsures collaboration and oversight on cross functional initiatives with partners and various internal stakeholdersEnsures to regularly assess and review partnerships in collaboration with the Partnership LifeCycle Management TeamClosely collaborates with relevant teams to ensure partnership operations are supportedEscalates to the Squad Head critical, high-risk, high-impact, and sensitive issues.
