About the Role

Drive the development of strategy for Partnership Distribution, special projects and handle business planning, analysis and management & financial reporting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive the formulation of overall PD strategy and coordinated business plans with sales channelsLead and drive new partnership business development and collaborate with customers to deliver the desired outcomeLead strategic plan development/ budget planning/ forecasting process/ sales target settingProvide and handle management and performance reporting with insightful analysis and recommendations to various management groups and customersAnalyze performance across revenue and expenses lines to identify and explore business opportunitiesSupervise and keep track of business initiatives and provide timely updates and recommendations to the management.Observe market trends, changes and developments to see opportunities and challenges, and provide ideas and assessment to improve business strength and opportunitiesCollect and analyze market needs from various sources (e.g. sales, customers, opinion leaders, market statistics and research) with insights for management team to formulate business plan for PDDefine, drive and develop sales incentive scheme for sales channelsEnsure compliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controlsCommunicate business directions to PD staff via different platforms to agree on expectations and increase staff engagement.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads in order to meet business needs

Minimum Job Requirements:

University degree with over 5 years working experience in insurance/financial services, management consulting or corporate strategyQualification of CPA, MBA or equivalent experience preferredShown experience in financial analysis, management reporting and strategiesInnovative, curious and adventurous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solutionStrategic and analytical attitude, self-motivated and result-drivenStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBe a good teammateStrong in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentationGood command of written & spoken Chinese and EnglishAcquire relevant license if job involves in regulated activitiesWe offer comprehensive employee benefits e.g. group medical insurance
