About the Role

Provide management information, analysis and insights to formulate business plan and partnership strategy

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide and manage management and performance reporting with analysis and recommendations to various management groups and stakeholdersSupport sales teams with market insights and competitive analysisSupport to design, build, maintain, and control/manage the Partnership Distribution database and reporting toolAnalyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce all database standardsCoordinate budget planning/ forecasting process/sales target settingEnsure compliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controlsPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads in order to meet business needs

Minimum Job Requirements:

University degree with 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis, management reportingExperiences in insurance/ financial services preferredCurious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solutionStrong analytic capability and time management skillsPositive mindset, self-motivatedAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBe a team playerStrong in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentationGood command of written & spoken Chinese and EnglishCandidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
