Partnerships and Engagement Manager

Job Description The Partnerships & Engagement Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships that drive business growth, customer engagement, and new revenue opportunities. This role ensures that all partnerships align with the company’s monetization, innovation, and brand positioning goals, while delivering measurable impact on customer experience and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development
-Identify, develop, and nurture high-value business alliances with technology, fintech, device manufacturers, and content providers to expand monetization opportunities.
-Lead contract negotiations, revenue-sharing models, and exclusivity agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic growth plans.
-Drive co-marketing initiatives, product bundling, and distribution agreements that increase customer adoption and drive incremental revenue.
-Develop partner engagement frameworks, ensuring ongoing collaboration, performance tracking, and mutual business growth.
-Implement risk management protocols to assess exclusivity risks, regulatory compliance, and partnership sustainability.
2. Innovation Pipeline & Emerging Business Models
-Identify and assess emerging industry trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to build an innovation roadmap that strengthens the brand’s competitiveness.
-Develop and implement new monetization models, including premium add-ons, loyalty-driven revenue streams, and digital service integrations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to pilot, validate, and scale new business concepts that drive incremental revenue and customer engagement.
-Establish frameworks for rapid experimentation, ensuring agility in testing, learning, and optimizing partnership-driven initiatives.
-Evaluate business feasibility and ROI of new partnership-driven offerings before full-scale rollout.
3. Market & Competitive Intelligence
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify future growth areas and untapped business opportunities.
-Work with internal stakeholders to translate market trends into proof-of-concept (POC) projects, pilot initiatives, or strategic collaborations.
-Develop innovation feasibility assessments, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market timing, and business scalability.
-Track and analyze competitor partnerships, ensuring the company stays ahead in securing exclusive and high-impact alliances.

4. Partnership Execution & Performance Optimization
-Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to contract finalization to ongoing performance tracking.
-Oversee partner performance, deliverables, and ROI tracking, ensuring all partnerships contribute to business growth.
-Align cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth execution of partnership-driven initiatives.
-Monitor and optimize customer adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of all partnership-driven offerings.
-Implement post-mortem reviews and continuous optimization frameworks to refine partnership models.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
-Serve as the primary liaison for all strategic partners, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives and engagement strategies.
-Establish and execute partner engagement programs, including business reviews, exclusive partner benefits, and co-marketing opportunities.
-Collaborate with C-suite leaders, portfolio managers, and external stakeholders to drive high-level strategic engagements.
-Develop internal governance frameworks to ensure that partnership approvals, execution timelines, and performance reviews are aligned with business objectives.
