General Purpose:
Corsair designs high-performance gaming peripherals, as a dynamic and growing brand in the e-sports and gaming space, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a proactive, organized individual with a passion for gaming and a knack for building relationships. The Partnerships Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all collaborations align with Corsair’s brand mission and goals, driving awareness, engagement, and growth.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with gaming organizations, influencers, partners by supporting communication efforts and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure partnerships align with organizational goals.
• Conduct partnership reviews to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ongoing collaborations.
• Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities, such as gaming forums, competitions, and events, that align with the brand’s mission and objectives.
• Manage customization projects related to partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive marketing growth.
• Assist in coordinating the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and collateral to support partnership initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
• Provide product training to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to represent and promote the brand effectively.
Essential Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have a marketing/PR qualification, be a self-starter, motivated, reliable and be able to work by themselves as well as a positive and can-do attitude.
• 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the gaming, esports, or entertainment industries.
• Previous experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or esports industry-related roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the gaming community, including trends, influences, and event ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools for promoting partnerships.
