Movable Ink is seeking a Partnerships Director, UK to drive growth in the UK market by building, nurturing, and leveraging our global and regional partner relationships. This role will have a direct impact on revenue growth and retention by working closely with our go-to-market (GTM) team to source opportunities and co-sell into key brands, using joint partner solutions. In this role, you'll manage and expand relationships within our ecosystem of 200+ partners—including agencies, technology providers, and ESPs—each offering unique value to our diverse client base. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and integrating the right partners and solutions to meet the needs of the UK market. 

The Partnerships Director, UK will report to the Sr. Director, Alliances & UK Partner Sales in the US. 

Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with the sales team to support attainment of regional booking and pipeline generation targets  Work collaboratively with the GTM team to leverage partner relationships (through sourcing and influencing) to accelerate deals to close (through co-selling) and drive customer success (integration adoption) post sale Build, publish, and execute a regional partnerships strategy (plan) to achieve quarterly and annual goals  Identify, establish, develop, and leverage trusted partner relationships, including key executive contacts, in the region through face-to-face interactions, regular communications, and partner plans that achieve defined goals and expands the bookings within these partners Identify, solution, and sell in technical partner solutions (partner integrations) into Movable Ink customers to bring incremental martech value and drive increased utilization of Movable Ink  Contribute to additional regional and global projects, processes, and initiatives to support the expansion of the region and global partner team, including directly collaborating with the our integrations and partner marketing teams 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of marketing technology SaaS experience with 2 of those years with specific experience developing successful revenue-driving, sales-focused partnerships Proven track record of closing large and high-quality deals with partners through co-selling motions to successfully achieve quarterly and annual quotas Ability to accurately and consistently track and forecast quarterly booking and goal attainment through Salesforce.com CRM   Examples of successfully building and executing regional partner strategies and individual partner plans to drive revenue growth and achieve goals  Demonstrated ability to work well with others, resolve conflict, and build rapport   Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly in written and oral formats
