Job Summary
The coordinator within the UK & EMEA Partnerships and Promotions team is a critical role in the team. The role provides invaluable support to the Hammersmith based team as well as the key promotions teams across EMEA and the Global team in Burbank – across multiple categories & all upcoming movies and streaming releases for all Studios; Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and 20th Century Studios.
This role requires a motivated, proactive & enthusiastic individual with a high level of organisational, communication skills and the ability to work effectively and seamlessly with key internal and external stakeholders.
This position will provide the coordinator with great exposure across most Lines of Businesses at TWDC as well as experience working with external market leading brands on award winning brand campaigns.
This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication flow with the EMEA local market teams- including distributing materials and information, organising and documenting regular calls, meetings and updates Coordinating the implementation of UK & EMEA promotions under the direction of EMEA managers The expert in sourcing and managing information on Studio releases including guidelines, release schedules and assets, financial reporting and budgets, case study creation, prize package briefings, as well as collating one pagers and pitch materials for all Studio titles. Responsible for managing local and regional approval processes and new deal submissions via internal promotion systems (PAS). Support the promotions team with pitches to 3rd parties, including creation of pitch materials and attending partner, pitch, internal and agency meetings where required. Support on commercial elements of the deal process (including, but not limited to affidavits of eligibility, necessary insurance requirements, invoices, legal and/or liability documents and proper safety precautions)
The Experience & Skills We Require From You:
