Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Parts Administrator role based at our office in Sydney in Prospect, NSW.

 What you will do: 

Order Entry and Processing: Accurately enter and process orders to ensure timely fulfillment, maintaining accuracy and workflow efficiency to avoid disruptions.

Manage Administrative Functions and Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate effectively with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and seamless inventory management.

Support for Aftermarket and Warehouse: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner whilst delivering quality results.

Customer Support: Provide efficient and proactive assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.

What you will need: 

3+ years in similar role

Administration of  ERP system, large number of SKUs environment  

Strong commitment to doing what is required to get the job done

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong Communication Skills (Written and verbal)

Self-starter, accuracy and responsiveness

Intermediate Microsoft Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) including Teams.

Capable of working independently, without supervision and has the ability to co-ordinate, prioritize, take the initiative and be highly organized. 

 SAP system knowledge
