Job Description

Onin Staffing is looking for a Parts Associate in the Wendell, NC area. The parts associate is responsible for order picking, packing, and stocking duties. Also to support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.

Pay rate: $16.00/hr.Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.1st shift - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Temp to Perm.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services

What you'll do as: Parts Associate

Must be able to fill out bills of lading.Ability to interpret packing slips, enter into the computer the correct information.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Must be capable of estimating weight to calculate the cost of shipping.Must be familiar with common material handling equipment.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

2+ years' experience in warehouse distribution.Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software.Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
