Your Impact

You support AMPIP project, ECN change management, and Product Support Program implementation in parts data You ensure effective communication and relationship building with stakeholders to meet Farmer First initiatives You facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation during the transition to COE in India and then be a conduit on future activities between site engineering and manufacturing as related to aftersales You collaborate with NPI, Regional / site engineering, and product management teams to support project timing and expectations You work closely with the Regional / site MDM teams to ensure that the service Level Definition (SLD) is clearly defined   You ensure quality work and align efforts with MDM, Parts Books, e-commerce and Tech Info teams for data delivery

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, or a technical discipline Experience in parts data management, or related technical field Proven leadership in multi-functional teams and implementation of supporting technologies Experience with agricultural, construction, or automotive equipment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal and team-building abilities Extensive knowledge of business data management systems and basic understanding of Parts Books creation and product structure
