To assist Inventory Supervisor in the process of procurement and replenishment parts for Liebherr Indonesia stock

Your responsibilities Perform periodic stock order based on research of MRP proposal generated by BAAN system. Liaise with Parts Inventory Procurement Supervisor to analyze and purchase the right amount of stock just on time. Create Purchase Orders to LEC, LME, LEX, LLG, or Affiliates for stock order purpose. Assist in stock taking activities as directed. Assisting the Inventory Supervisor to check the availability of the parts to support all Liebherr unit. Committing filling process and record all transactions related to the above job. Keep a good cooperation to all personnel, and to make sure that the precedure of safety working and of safety environment are applied well. Your qualifications Education Min D3 Minimal 3 year experience in Heavy Mining Equipment Industry. A high standard of personal work ethic. English verbal and written communication skill. Ability to work with BAAN program. Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
