Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at https://youtu.be/ilO5cv0G4mQ            Transdev is proud to offer:    Attractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision. Paid time off & vacation.Responsibilities:     Open and close work orders requests. Run and review reports as needed. Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments. Maintain vehicle information files. Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service. Arrange pick-up of outside repairs. Receive and stock parts.Provide counter service.Clean and organize shelves, bins, racks, etc.Maintain a clean and orderly parts facility. Order special (non-stock) parts for repair orders. Manage cores and parts returns. Monitor re-order levels and replenish stock. Maintain files and other related records. Operate WO / Parts record keeping system as per corporate and customer needs. The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed.  Requirements:    High school diploma or equivalent Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred. Strong data entry skills. Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.     The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
