Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the US. We have a Parts Clerk/Cashier position available in Aubrey, Texas.  We are located at 25600 E. University Dr., Aubrey, TX 76227. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must have a valid driver license.

Job Description :

This position is responsible for performing the parts cashier transactions and parts clerk functions in a positive, caring and timely manner to ensure that the customers’ needs are met in a manner that is aligned with our mission and core values.  This position may also perform receptionist and other clerical functions.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:

 This position requires a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.  Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.  Previous cashier experience preferred.  GED or High School diploma Preferred  Must be proficient with computers.  (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Hours of the position are 7 AM – 5 PM – Monday – Friday.    Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.  Must be able to perform cash and credit card transactions and related account balancing and supporting paperwork.  Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.  Must have excellent attendance and work performance.  Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.
