Parts Coordinator
St. Peters Health
Primary Responsibility :
Located at Kroger 3PL managed facilities, the Parts Coordinator is responsible for the full cycle of parts services from ordering, distribution, invoice reconciliation, coordination with accounts payable, and completion of all related paperwork.
What You’ll Do :
• Look up and order all parts requested by plant maintenance technicians using approved vendors to provide the fastest delivery in the most cost-effective manner.
• Prepare requisitions for stock parts replacement and send out requests for quotation to parts suppliers. Give completed parts quotes to Maintenance Manager for review and approval.
• Mark all incoming parts with the proper job or ticket number and place parts in the proper location for staging. Include a copy of the order sheet with the parts.
• Receive stock materials and place them in the designated storeroom location. Maintain an accurate storeroom inventory by performing daily cycle counts.
• Maintain an accurate record of all parts ordered and frequently contact suppliers to expedite parts that are delayed.
• Learn the Kroger EMPAC and PM CMMS system software.
• Ensure compliance with storeroom and company policies, including 5S principles.
• Perform other duties based upon business needs.
What Experience and Education You Need :
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry.

• Occasionally works evenings or weekends in order to complete objectives or to attend meetings
• Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
• Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management.
