3+ years of automotive dealership parts experience Knowledge of auto parts, automotive systems and tools. Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High School Diploma, or equivalent Able to pass a drug test and background checkExperience – managing the inventory and distribution of auto parts. This role involves working directly with Parts Sourcers, receiving and verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Parts Coordinator Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify parts deliveries from suppliers. Record and update inventory levels in the system, ensuring accuracy and availability of parts. Organize and store parts efficiently, following proper procedures for handling and storage. Collaborate with the Parts Dispatcher to prioritize and dispatch parts to Auto Technicians based on work orders and repair schedules.
