Responsibilities

Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales) Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers Look up records and enter customer information Project positive image to customers always Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone Stock and display merchandise as required Provide cost of parts for customers Make sure all displays are organized Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
