URGENT NEED: Part Time Parts Driver
Pay: $18 per HourHours: 28 hours per weekSchedule: Monday through Friday with specific hours TBDIdeal candidates will have open availability to work any shift during the Parts Department regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Parts Driver
The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership. Parts Drivers must also check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. The Parts Driver must account for cash on COD orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log. The Parts Driver communicates with other members of the Parts and Service departments, external vendors and customers.
The Parts Driver reports to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
Delivering parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts and vendorsCoordinating pickup and delivery needs with the Parts Manager and other department staffCompleting all invoices, shipping documents, and payments to the appropriate parties after completing the deliveryRegular maintenance of delivery vehicleAssist in processing material when schedule and workload permitsAssist with annual inventory in pre-inventory and post-inventory functionsPosses a current Forklift Certification (Lithia will provide training) -- Depends on locationPosses a current Hazmat certification (Lithia will provide training) -- Depends on locationOther duties as requiredSkills and Qualifications
