POSITION SUMMARY:
The Basic Parts Fabricator position will handle raw sheet aluminum/plywood and transforms material into parts utilized in weld and assembly processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Verifies quality and quantity of work is correct.Locates material, form aluminum parts, stack on skid, and distribute.De-coils aluminum, cut to block size, and write route cards.Reads the router card, cut certain lengths, and stack for distribution.Locates pattern, counts out the correct number of sheets, routes the parts, and distributes the cut parts.Grabs newly cut haul, place in the haul press, put desired brakes in the aluminum, and places the finished product on the table.Keys in which parts are to be ran and then watches to make sure nothing is wrong with the process.Sets up pallet tables and coils for normal production and takes finished parts to their designated areas.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
