Parts Inventory Clerk

The HVAC Parts Inventory Clerk will have an hourly range of $20.90 - $27.65/hr.  This a union role with full benefits including a 401k with company match, guaranteed yearly increases and much more. Many more benefits are listed below:

Position Overview:  

The Parts Inventory Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and control of parts inventory within our energy services operations. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, overseeing stock levels, and facilitating the timely procurement and distribution of parts to support field operations. 

 Responsibilities: 

Diagnosis of equipment over phone.  Manage inventory.  Rebuilds equipment.  Provides field assistance.  Manages storeroom and vehicles.  Parts vendor liaison.  Physically stocks inventory.  Tracks inventory on the computer. 

Job Requirements: 

Computer literate in Windows based environment; knowledge of inventory management system a plus, Excel and Microsoft Word.  Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record.  Able to work Seasonal shifts.  Available to work overtime on weekends and/or evenings as needed.  HVAC or work-related experience preferred.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
