What will you be do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, and sales.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.

• Work closely with the service department to ensure that parts are available for repairs and maintenance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.

• Manage and lead a team of parts advisors, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and meet sales targets, profitability, and customer service goals for the parts department.

• Develop promotional strategies to increase parts sales and maintain a competitive edge.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role in a dealership environment.

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage inventory, order parts, and maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency in dealership management software and parts catalog systems.

• Customer-focused with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
