Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is looking to add an experienced Parts Manager to our growing team! We are looking for individuals with proven success in running a fast-paced, profitable parts department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assesses present and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities of the parts department Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives within the Company’s overall plans and policies. Manages the shipping and receiving of orders Oversees ordering and maintaining parts inventory Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action, as necessary. Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises parts personnel

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Experience as a Parts Manager in the dealership setting preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done Ability to run the department as a business Encourage and protect positive culture Extremely focused on following and guarding company/manufacturer processes Ability to coach and mentor staff
