Tom Wood Powersports Indy, in Indianapolis, IN, is hunting for a knowledgeable and energetic Parts Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers and service department, providing excellent service and ensuring we have the right inventory on hand. 

 

Days: Tuesday through Saturday 

 

Responsibilities: 

Greet customers promptly and courteously at the parts counter or over the phone.Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer needs and concerns promptly.Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their Powersports vehicles.Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing.Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring that parts are stored correctly, and inventory counts are accurate.Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service jobs.Stay up to date with Powersports products, parts, and accessories, as well as industry trends.Support dealership events and promotions by participating in parts-related activities.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

Excellent communication and customer service skills.Avid rider, with complete passion for industry!Previous experience in a parts role is nice, but we WILL TRAIN the right person.Knowledge of Powersports vehicles and parts is desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move parts and accessories as needed (up to 50 lbs).Required- Valid license, with motorcycle endorsement, and clean driving record.
