Our team values efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration to meet customer needs effectively. **Job Description:** Load King is seeking a Parts Sales Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and parts sales coordination for various heavy equipment manufactured within the organization. This role is responsible for processing and managing parts orders from multiple channels, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate responses to customer needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering, and other departments to manage parts orders while supporting customers and maintaining system accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and process incoming parts orders via phone, walk-ins, and e-business requests. + Verify inventory and enter accurate data into operating systems. + Coordinate order flow and communicate build instructions, timelines, and any order changes. + Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, and engineering teams. + Deliver pricing inquiries and solve part identification issues efficiently. + Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless order management. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or service-related experience preferred. + Experience with MS Windows, Excel, and Word. + Background in mechanical/structural components and electrical/air/hydraulic schematics preferred. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. + Strong customer service skills and a professional, diplomatic manner. + Ability to work independently and within a team. + Must be dependable, flexible, and motivated. + Ability to work in a high-volume call center within an established turnaround time. + Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform occasional climbing or balancing. **What We Offer:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + A collaborative and innovative work environment. + Standard business hours with flexibility as required by business needs. **Work Environment:** + Primarily office-based, using computers and standard office equipment. + Occasional trips to the shop and warehouse as needed.
