JOB SUMMARY:
Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays on rotation.
The Parts Specialist position will be vital in maintaining critical parts for our customers. They will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including pulling and packing parts orders, shipping, receiving, and stocking parts received via company shuttle, truck freight, and UPS, and will prepare outgoing components for our truck, common carrier, shuttle, and customer pick-up.
The Parts Specialist will also be responsible for accurate inventory counting, accounting for warranty items, housekeeping, and building hydraulic hoses. This person is expected to perform all necessary tasks surrounding contamination control and have a strong focus on safety. Driving is required for this position.
The Parts Specialist will be responsible for excellent customer service, as extending optimal customer care and concern is a priority.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Two or more years of experience in warehouse and inventory management are required. Some of this experience should be in a mechanical parts environment.
+ Previous experience with forklift operation is preferred
+ Must have proficiency using MS Office and familiarity with and experience in a database environment.
+ A clean driving record is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The functions of the position require lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Standing and sitting up, moving up and down stairs, and climbing into machines will be required. The functions of the position require normal dexterity and repetitive, as well as frequent, movements that involve the hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
