Your Role

Our company is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our inside sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very collaborative, a good listener, and have superb interpersonal skills.

Function: Quote-to-Cash Administration for the Parts Sales Department

As an Inside Sales Rep for the Spare Parts team, you will ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of inquiries and coordinating the quotation and order fulfillment process. You will serve as the point of contact for customers, distributors, and prospects and be responsible for parts quoting, order entry, and customer support for an assigned territory. As a part of the Atlas Copco team, this individual will contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Provide accurate product availability and pricing over the phone and through formal quote generation.Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in handling customers' inquiries and concerns relating to products, technical specifications, and compatibility.Review and verify the accuracy of customer orders received via phone, email, or portal and reconcile with quotations database for order entry.Work with warehouse and vendors to provide order status, delivery/shipment dates, and order tracking to meet customer needs.Maintain records associated with quote and order transactions.Research and resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.Assist with customer After-Sales Support inquiries and requests to include Returns, Warranties, Claims, and Billing.Provide operational support to outside sales teams and management.Perform quote or lead follow-up activities.Demonstrate an attitude of service by interacting with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner.

Schedule and Work Location considerations:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayAfter core trainings have been completed, Tuesdays-Thursdays in office, Mondays and Fridays work from home. This schedule is subject to change and candidate must be available to work in office Monday – Friday.Must have appropriate accommodations for productive and efficient remote work (high-speed internet, quiet work area suitable for taking customer calls).

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience of customer service, quote generation, and order entry required.Previous experience in a fast-paced environment entering 35-45 quotes/orders per day.Previous experience with CRMs and ERPs such as C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle required.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required.Must be comfortable performing high volume, repetitive tasks with accurate data entry skills.Previous experience in an inbound call center or administrative/customer service role will be considered.

Education

High school or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Skills

Must have excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong customer focus demonstrated by an attitude of service, excellent organizational and collaboration skills, as well as proactive follow-up habits.Demonstrate and promote a focus on team and team culture through collaboration, support, and internal customer satisfaction.Ability to manage personal energy and stress levels while exercising your problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Develop a personal work system that enables you to work efficiently with minimal supervision both as an individual contributor as well as part of a team.Must be a self-starter with ability to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets.
