The Parts Specialist is responsible for picking parts requested by operations/fleet, receiving inventory requested via purchase order, and putting them away in the proper location. The Parts Specialist is responsible for parts distribution and inventory to ensure seamless processing of items requested and timely delivery to our customers.  

What You Will Be Doing

Prepares and picks selected items requested by operations/fleet via transfer order and works closely with the material transfer team to assemble and build kits in the system, so they are readily available for picking in accordance with inventory requirements.  Ships picked orders to the customer via Badger preferred small package and freight carriers.Supports and participates in frequent cycle counts and annual inventory counts.Works closely with operations, fleet, engineering, and supply chain personnel.Maintains parts and material storage areas to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.  

What We Are Looking For

Highschool Diploma or GED.3-5 years experience in a parts department preferred.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep on top of priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of supply chain management and the impact of materials flows on supply chain success. Knowledge of inventory and shipping procedures. Ability to lift heavier objects (up to 50 lbs.).
