What’s The Job?
We are looking for a Parts Specialist to join our Team! In this role, you will be responsible for securing parts for our customers on a timely basis and in the most efficient way. You will provide quality technical support to our external and internal customers and other departments.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Provide the best quality parts, customer service and technical support in our industry.
* Process stock, emergency and special orders as required.
* Execute IRIUM system policies, procedures, data, and order entry.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels.
* Navigate, research, and select parts via electronic and hardcopy parts catalogs.
* Participate in all physical inventories.
* Provide support warehouse staff as needed

* Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to interact with tam members and establish good working relationships
* Familiarity with PC applications including MS Office Suite, and demonstrates general clerical skills
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
