The Parts Support Associate is responsible for providing clerical and warehouse support for the Parts department at Servco Lexus Honolulu, including processing parts orders, data entry and warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry duties in DealerTrack for all daily sales orders and inventory performance reportsDistribute reports internal memos and other handoutsFile documentsFollow-up on special parts ordersPull parts as neededInput merchandise receivedMake parts bin location changesAssist with perpetual inventoryCreate appropriate order lines for parts and transmit orders to SAPCInform customers of parts order statusUnload, unpack and stock incoming parts ordersInspect parts for damage and receive parts into system with scannerLabel and bin partsCheck accuracy of parts received versus parts invoiceAssist with monthly parts scrapping, SPC Parts Buyback Program and documentationOccasionally forklift pallets, SAPC parts crates, and engines and transmission on and off delivery trucksRequirements:
High school graduate or equivalentMinimum 1-2 years of clerical and customer service work experienceParts operations experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelDealerTrack knowledge preferredAccurate data entry skillsTen-key by touchAuto parts knowledge preferredGood communication and customer relations skillsAbout Servco:
