Parts support representative (Technical knowledge)

Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customer enquirers.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Respond to sales inquiries from customers on a timely manner.
+ Preparing spare parts quotations ensuring they are accurate, technically correct and offer the best possible customer solutions.
+ Investigation and follow-up in case of obsolete or non-active spare parts.
+ Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
**Who You Are:** Someone who find solution for replacement spare parts by understanding the customer request and identifying the accurate part number(s) for the query.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University or college degree in technical faculty
+ Advanced knowledge of English is needed
+ Curiosity to get product knowledge
+ Technical orientation
+ We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
+ You gain insight into customer need.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage!
