Responsibilities + Lookup correct part numbers for requested items + Research alternatives for unavailable parts + Build parts pick tickets and estimates for the service department + Suggest up-sales items for units in the service dept + Pull and cashier needed parts for the service dept + Organize service dept. special orders for easy pulling when needed + Pull and cashier service special orders and layaways + Keep parts to service area clean and organized + Inform service writers and management of back ordered parts Requirements + 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired + Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory + Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog + Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry + Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts + Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
