Job Description Insight Global is looking for a strong PAS-X Scrum master to join their clients team remotely. Key Responsibilities:  Agile Facilitation: o Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on PAS-X MES projects. o Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. o Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices while continuously improving processes.  Project Coordination: o Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, IT, and business units, to deliver high-quality solutions.  Impediment Resolution: o Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress. o Act as a point of escalation for resolving dependencies and addressing risks.  Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain and communicate project metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and status reports. o Ensure that project documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria, is complete and up-to-date.  Stakeholder Engagement: o Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with technical deliverables. o Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure effective communication.  Continuous Improvement: o Drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery by implementing feedback loops and optimizing workflows. o Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and collaboration. Skills and Requirements Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.  3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development projects.  Hands-on experience with PAS-X MES implementations.  Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).  Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.  Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Being able to come on-site 2-3 days on-site at Raritan, NJ OR Ireland/Switzerland offie  Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.  Experience with MES integrations, including SCADA, ERP (e.g., SAP), and LIMS.  Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.  Background in software development or technical project management. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
