Summary of the position:

Oversee the analysis and processing of COMEX-related transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to both Headquarters and third-party entities.

Maintain a One Roche mindset to ensure alignment with global standards and consistency across operations.

Facilitate effective communication with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including banks, customs brokers, logistics providers, Shared Services Center (SSC), and the CFO.

Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize operational efficiency and compliance with trade regulations.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of COMEX reports, providing insights into trade operations and performance metrics.

Support the DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) target by providing necessary data and collaborating with finance teams.

Collaborate closely with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to manage accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.

Ensure alignment with internal controls and regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

Qualifications of the position: 

Active student of Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance or Similar studies.
